Easy Rules for Traveling Athletes
- If this is your first visit to high elevation (7000ft), drink water supplemented with electrolytes throughout your time here in Santa Fe.
- We would like you to have at least three months of CrossFit or similar experience to join our Strength & Conditioning class
- Individual programming may ONLY be performed during open gym hours with a coach present.
- Show up at least 15 minutes prior to class to fill out a waiver or click online waiver here and meet your coach.
- Drop in rate: $30+tax
