Fun group classes to help you stay motivated and excited. Build camaraderie with your fellow ageless athletes. Each class works on balance, coordination, focus, mobility, strength, and cardiovascular
health.

What does a class look like?
We start with balance, coordination, and mental agility. Drills include Schulte Tables, balance drills, single limb catching, and coordination.
Next, we learn new skills and work on some strength to enhance muscle function. Examples include squats without weight to develop the skill, and slowly adding weight as skills improve.
We also always incorporate some cardiovascular training to keep the heart and vascular system strong. This includes walking, jogging, farmer’s carry, stationary bikes, stationary rowing and skiing.
