The time is near us, again! February 21st – March 25th, the CrossFit open will be happening all around the world. Here at Undisputed Fitness we will have our annual Friday Night Lights, every Friday throughout those 5 weeks. This starts Friday Feb. 22nd at 4:30pm and will last until about 8pm.
Our residential DJ Justino Smallz will be running the tables (and competing)! While this years we will have our own warm up room, separate from the main floor. In that room we will have body workers by our wonderful Carly and her viscous elbows and our newest in house Dr. Bobby Sanchez.
