Attention Athletes! CrossFit Santa Fe’s offical holiday schedule is as follows….

Christmas Eve 12noon CrossFit/Jiu Jitsu Open Mat ONLY!

CLOSED Christmas Day thru Monday, 27 December

28,29*,30 December 7/8am CrossFit  4:30/5:30pm CrossFit/Jiu Jitsu Open Mat

Please note there will only be a second CrossFit class (8am/5:30pm) on these days if the first class (7am/4:30pm) fills up. We will be capping the class at 10 people, first come first sweat.

* no 8am CrossFit this day, there is our regularly scheduled cardio kickboxing  class.

New Year’s Eve the gym will be open until 1pm with regularly scheduled classes. New Year’s Day we will be CLOSED and regular classes will resume on Monday,        3 January 2011

Saturday 18 December 2010 Join us at Undisputed for our annual holiday party..6-9pm with DJ Maynard Del Mar, snacks and drinks and dancing!!!!!

Saturday 13 November 2010, marked the first ever “Bring a Friend Day” at Undisputed Fitness and what a huge success it was.

Professor Renato Migliaccio was in town to teach the kids and adults Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes and to preside over the belt promotions. Congratulations to all the student and Coach Henry Martinez for receiving belt promotions and or stripes.

Coach Crow with the help of Coach Juan Carlos taught a great cardio kickboxing sample class while the kids Jiu Jitsu was underway. Everyone left with rosy cheeks and sweat on their brow.

Following belt promotions there was an adult Jiu Jitsu class as well as a team workout of the day for CrossFit.

Everyone had a great time, we met a lot of new friends, great athletes and future members of Undisputed Fitness and CrossFit Santa Fe. We are look forward to the next Bring a Friend Day!

CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE TOURNAMENT, ALL IN ALL TEAM UNDISPUTED BROUGHT HOME 11 MEDALS!!! (see the gallery for lots more pictures)

All School Potluck BBQ at 4pm, see school whiteboards for directions. Bring meat, veggies, tofu to grill and or a salad to share….and say Bon Voyage to Coach Crow who will be leaving for one month.

We apologize for any inconvenience but due to our city’s annual Zozobra celebration we will move BJJ kids’ and parents’ day to the Wednesday before Zozobra. September 8, 2010, 4:30-5:30pm. Have a great Labor Day weekend everyone be safe, and we’ll see you Wednesday!!
