This class focuses on traditional kickboxing training, as well as MMA applications, including punching drills, footwork, combination punching, bag and mitts work, defensive techniques and movement, and cardio and conditioning drills. 10-16 oz boxing gloves and hand wraps are required for this class. “Loaner” equipment may be provided to beginners in-gym.
