Easy Rules for Traveling Athletes
  1. If this is your first visit to high elevation (7000ft), drink water supplemented with electrolytes throughout your time here in Santa Fe.
  2. We would like you to have at least three months of CrossFit or similar experience to join our Strength & Conditioning class
  3. Individual programming may ONLY be performed during open gym hours with a coach present.
  4. Show up at least 15 minutes prior to class to fill out a waiver or click online waiver here and meet your coach.
  5. Drop in rates: Strength & Conditioning ($25) & uFit ($15)
