Power clean 185/135
Push ups
Perform 1 deadlift then 1 airsquat then 2 and 2 etc, rest 4 min then perform 1 power clean and 1 pushup then 2 and 2 etc.
Goals: UB as long as possible on dead/air squat, chase bar and lift on clean/UB pushups
