CrossFit
CrossFit has arrived at Undisputed Fitness! Tait Fletcher, Crow Rising, Heather McKearnan, Nate Harris and Angelique Midthunder are now Certified Level 1 CrossFit instructors and are running classes 5-6 times a day, Monday through Friday, at 6am, 7am,, noon, 4:30pm, and 5:30pm. with 6:30pm classes on Tuesday and Thursday. Undisputed Fitness is the only gym in Santa Fe that is certified to offer CrossFit! Check out our new CrossFit site for more info.

kotcKing of the Cage Victories
HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Undisputed Fitness fighter’s  Isaac Vallie Flagg and Ruben Rivera for their wins on March 6th at King of the Cage! Both had 1st round victories, with Isaac winning by TKO and Ruben winning via Triangle submission. Everyone at UF is super proud of our competitors and thank them for representing the gym so well!

BJJ Tournaments
On March 27th UF students and fighters will be competing at the Southwest Grapplefest tournament in Rio Rancho NM. Undisputed Fitness has been having great showings at recent tournaments and we expect Grapplefest to be no different.

Also coming up is the Pan Am Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Championship on April 8-11th in Irvine, CA. Many of the UF competitors will be traveling to CA to take part in this event.

chuckChuck Liddel visits UF
In January UF received a visit from former UFC Light-Heavyweight Champion, Chuck “The Iceman” Liddel. Chuck was in Santa Fe working on a film with Megan Fox and needed a place to train in his off time. Of course, Undisputed Fitness was his obvious choice! Thanks Chuck, we were happy to have you.
